Training that you can stick to

Good training answers a real question, and gives you the tools to do the same next time – it’s not just ticking off a list of topics.

Concatena’s training is designed to be used. People leave knowing what they did not know before, and with something practical to do with it.

Topics cover law, skills, and technology.

Depending on the audience, that might mean a half-day on data protection obligations for a team handling personal data, a workshop on AI tools and risk for fee-earners, a negotiation skills session for in-house lawyers, or a full programme for an organisation building internal capability.

We also offer train the trainer for organisations that want to deliver training themselves, with the material and confidence to do it properly, using the right approaches for the right format, whether that be in person, remote, hybrid, live or asynchronous.

Training can be provided in all formats: in-person, remote, half-day, full-day, or bespoke; live or pre-recorded with materials for asynchronous learning, or provided as materials with train the trainer for broader roll-outs.

About Concatena

Clear. Curious. Connected.

I’m Gayle, founder of Concatena. I set up Concatena because I believe legal expertise should be accessible, practical, and human. With a background across law firms, in-house teams, and the tech sector, I bring a different kind of legal support.

I focus on supporting those who want to do the right thing — whether that’s navigating data law, building better-working teams, or finding clarity in a complex situation.
