There is a particular kind of tired that comes from knowing you could work better but not being able to make it stick. You have tried the systems. You have read the books. You know the theory. The gap between knowing and doing it consistently is still there.
Productivity coaching is not a time management workshop. It is a 1:1 coaching engagement that starts with how you actually work — not how a productivity framework assumes you do — and builds from there.
For many people, this means exploring the difference between the conditions they perform in and the ones they are expected to perform in. For neurodivergent professionals in particular, this is often where the work sits: not doing more, but building a different structure that fits the way their brain works rather than fighting it.
What we cover will depend on you. It might be time and energy management, attention and focus, managing interruptions, handling email and commitments, getting started on difficult tasks, or protecting time for the work that actually matters. Usually more than one of these.
Sessions are 1:1, typically once a month over a three- to six-month period. Remote.
