Group Coaching

There are things you work out faster in a group.

Not because the group has the answer, but because hearing someone else name the thing you have been circling helps you recognise your own version of it.

Group coaching adds something that 1:1 does not: the shared experience of being in a room or a call with people at a similar stage, working through similar questions, accountable to each other as well as to themselves.

The group coaching here runs in small cohorts of up to six people. Sessions are structured and facilitated, not group therapy and not a masterclass. The conversations are real, and the expectations are clear: you show up, you engage, and you do the work.

Cohorts are typically drawn from legal professionals and the wider professional services world — people who understand the pressures and can speak honestly without a long preamble.

When you’re working on yourself, sometimes it’s useful to hear the voices of others.
